Files

Add a text file and ask about it. Its text is stored sealed; answers cite the passages they used.

Text files for now: .txt, .md, .csv, .json. Up to 256 KB each. PDF and Word files are not read yet.

What is kept

The text of each file and its search index are stored sealed with Sable's key: Sable holds them encrypted. This is custody, not end-to-end. The file's name stays on this device. Deleting a file removes its text and index from Sable.
